Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Te-Gami website (te-gami.com) or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

About Te-Gami
Te-Gami (Pty) Ltd is a handcrafted apparel and accessories brand based in Somerset West, South Africa. We design and produce screen-printed tote bags, t-shirts, origami earrings, and mizuhiki earrings inspired by Japanese aesthetics.
Products
Handmade nature
All Te-Gami products are handcrafted. As a result, minor variations in print placement, colour, and finish are inherent to the process and are part of the product's character — not defects.
Product descriptions
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device's screen calibration.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be fulfilled at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All payment processing is handled securely by our payment provider.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Te-Gami piece. If something is wrong:
- Damaged or incorrect items — contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Change of mind — we do not accept returns for change of mind on handmade or personalised items.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including designs, photographs, text, and branding — is the intellectual property of Te-Gami (Pty) Ltd and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Te-Gami shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
